How does the consignment work?

HOW CLOTHES ARE EVALUATED

To determine the resale price of your clothes, each item is evaluated according to the following 4 points:

Type of clothing
Resale potential (demand)
The original store
Condition of the item

HOW CREDITS ARE CALCULATED

Depending on the 4 evaluation criteria and the resale price, the credit allocated for each item varies between 20% and 50%, ranging from a low-priced item in good condition, up to a new high-end item. .

No credit is given for items showing signs of wear and not meeting our quality criteria.

Typically, the total rewards amount ranges between 30% and 40% of the resale value. Exceptions may apply.

Our evaluation is final and no item is returned to the recipient.

IMMEDIATE REWARDS

Our simple and fast formula allows tea to enjoy your rewards as soon as the evaluation is completed. The time for our evaluation may take between 1 and 10 working days depending on the traffic.

When we have completed the assessment, credit is added as points to your rewards account and these are available immediately.

COSTS

FEES FOR SHIPPING BAGS & LABEL CREATION

Considering the high demand for clothing consignment, our shipping bags and labels carry a $2.00 fee. This helps ensure that we will receive the garments for which we are sending bags and/or labels. There are no additional charges for sending shipping bags.

CLOTHING SHIPPING COSTS

There are no charges for shipping clothing. The labels we provide are prepaid.

TIME LIMIT

PROCESSING DEPOSIT REQUESTS

We generally process requests for consignment within 1 to 3 business days. Don't forget to check your spam emails if you ordered a prepaid label. Shipping bags are sent by regular postal service without a tracking number.

SENDING CLOTHES WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TIMES

Labels provided by Canada Post have an expiration date of one month from the date of creation. Clothing must be accepted at the post office before the deadline indicated in the confirmation email. No labels will be returned and no refunds will be issued for delays.

REDEEM POINTS

The credit is offered in the form of points in your rewards account. In order to redeem your points, you must create a free account.

Points can be redeemed to purchase items on sale at regular prices or on sale on the site but cannot be combined with promotional coupons, applied to delivery costs or used to purchase shipping bags or labels.

Delivery costs are applied to the final amount of the order (after applying points).
