Your Credit Becomes ReStyle Points
After evaluation, your credit is added to your account as ReStyle Points, in your ReStyle Club account.
These points are added to the same balance as those you accumulate when shopping at La Penderie du Paradis. You can then exchange them for a discount on your next order.
Things to remember
- 100 ReStyle Points = $1 discount
- You can redeem up to 6,000 ReStyle Points per order, for a maximum discount of $60.
- ReStyle Points are valid on all items, except those marked with an asterisk (*). They do not apply to shipping fees and cannot be combined with another promotion.
- Your ReStyle Points do not expire.

No. Your credit is calculated after your items are evaluated, and then added as ReStyle Points. You don't need to wait for the sale.

The amount depends in particular on the estimated resale value, condition, brand, product type, quality, and current demand.
Are the amounts shown guaranteed?
No. The tables and examples are used to provide an estimate. The final amount is determined when your items are appraised.
Am I getting paid?
No. The value granted is given in the form of ReStyle Points, the currency of the ReStyle Club loyalty program.
Do I need an account to receive my points?
No. Your points can be added even if you don't have an account yet. However, you must create a free account to view your balance and redeem your points.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Log in to your ReStyle Club account, then exchange your points for a discount on a future order.
To redeem your points, you must create a free account. Here are the details for using them:
Points can be redeemed to save on:
• Regular priced items
• Sale items
Points cannot:
• Be combined with promotional coupons
• Be applied to shipping fees
• Be used to purchase shipping bags or shipping labels for clothing consignment.
Limit:
- Use up to 6000 ReStyle Points per order to find new treasures in our shop.
- Products marked with an asterisk (*) are excluded from rewards.
Shipping: Fees apply to the final amount after points are applied.
How do I redeem my ReStyle Points?
• Log in to your account.
• Click on the pink “Rewards” icon located at the bottom left of your screen.
• Choose the coupon corresponding to the amount you wish to use
• Click on “Redeem” to generate a promotional code.
• Use this code at checkout.
Tip: Find all your unused codes in the “Your Rewards” section for later use.
Please note: Unused points are not refunded. Make sure to choose a coupon that is equal to or less than your cart total to avoid losing any rewards!
Do my ReStyle Points expire?
Points don't expire! You can use them at any time.

Why can't I apply ReStyle Points to shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated on the final amount of your order, after promotion. Since the points accumulated are exchanged for promotional coupons, shipping costs must be paid according to our usual shipping policy.
