How are clothes evaluated?
To determine the resale price of your items, we evaluate each garment according to these five criteria:
• Type of clothing
• Resale potential (demand)
• Original store
• Item Condition
• The number of items in your shipment
How credits are calculated
The percentage of credits are calculated based on the evaluation criteria and the resale price. Here are the details:Scale of credits according to the resale price:
$1 equals 100 ReStyle Points.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are ReStyle Points equivalent to?
With the rewards program you can exchange ReStyle Points for rewards.
To redeem your points, 100 points equal $1.
You also earn ReStyle Points when you make a purchase. Every $1 spent equals 5 ReStyle Points. ReStyle Points are calculated after adding promotional coupons and before calculating shipping costs.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Credit is offered as ReStyle Points in your rewards account. In order to redeem your points, you must create a free account. Here are the details on how to use them:
Points can be redeemed to save on:
• Regularly priced items
• Sale items
Points cannot:
• Be combined with promotional coupons
• Be applied to delivery charges
• Be used to purchase shipping bags or shipping labels for clothing deposit.
Limit: You can redeem up to 6000 ReStyle Points ($60.00) per order.
Shipping: Fees apply to final amount after points are applied.
How do I redeem my ReStyle Points?
• Log in to your account.
• Click on the pink “Rewards” icon located at the bottom left of your screen.
• Choose the coupon corresponding to the amount you wish to use
• Click on “Redeem” to generate a promotional code.
• Use this code at checkout.
Tip: Find all your unused codes in the “Your Rewards” section for later use.
Please note: Unused points are not refunded. Make sure to choose a coupon that is equal to or less than your cart total to avoid losing any rewards!
How many credits will I receive?
Credit amounts vary based on the quality, condition, and brand of the clothing you send. See "How Credits Work" for more details.
Do my ReStyle Points expire?
Points don't expire! You can use them at any time.
Why can't I apply ReStyle Points to shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated on the final amount of your order, after promotion. Since the points accumulated are exchanged for promotional coupons, shipping costs must be paid according to our usual shipping policy.
What if decluttering your closet became quick and easy?
Pack your items and go to a Canada Post office to ship them to us, or make an appointment to drop them off directly at our pick-up point located in Beloeil.
