How does ReStyle work?
1. Prepare your lot
Gather at least 15 clean, good-condition items. Check our guide before sending to ensure your clothes meet our acceptance criteria.
2. Send us your clothes
Use a prepaid label on your own packaging, order our shipping kit, or make an appointment for a drop-off in Beloeil (Québec).
3. Each article is evaluated
Our team verifies the brand, condition, demand, and resale potential of each piece.
4. Get your ReStyle credit
After evaluation, your ReStyle credit is added to your account as ReStyle Points. You can then redeem your points on your next finds, even if your clothes haven't sold yet.

ReStyle Points, not cash payment
The ReStyle program is not a cash buy-back service.
After your clothes have been assessed, the assigned value is deposited into your account in the form of ReStyle Points. You can then use these points to shop at La Penderie du Paradis.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do you buy clothes with money?
No. ReStyle returns the value given for your clothes in the form of store credit in ReStyle Points.
Should I wait for my clothes to sell?
No. Your credit is added to your account as soon as your lot has been appraised.
How long does the evaluation take?
Once your lot has been received, evaluation usually takes 1 to 30 business days. The current timeframe is always displayed at the top of this page.
Can I get back the items I send?
No. Consigned items cannot be returned. Unsold or unkept items may be donated or recycled.
What happens to unlisted or unsold items?
Items not listed or sold are donated to charity or responsibly recycled.
What happens if I send fewer than 15 items?
If you send fewer than 15 items, or if fewer than 15 items from your lot are accepted, a processing fee of $2 per missing item will be deducted from your ReStyle credit.
To maximize your chances of reaching the minimum, we recommend sending more than 15 items and checking our guide before preparing your lot.
Do ReStyle Points expire?
No. Your ReStyle Points do not expire and remain available in your account until you choose to use them.
How many points can I use per order?
The applicable limit should be clearly displayed, especially if it is currently 6,000 points or $60.
Is your wardrobe ready for a fresh start?
Prepare a batch of at least 15 items and choose the shipping method that suits you. We'll take care of the appraisal, listing, and sale.
