We accept clothing that is in good condition, clean, without holes or stains. Timeless and quality items tend to perform better.
What happens to unlisted or unsold items?
Items not listed or sold are donated to charity or responsibly recycled.
How long does it take?
Total time may vary depending on shipping and traffic. On average, you will receive your credits within 30 days.
Shipping of bags: 5 to 14 days
Receipt of a prepaid label to affix to any packaging: 24 to 72 hours
Evaluation: 1 to 10 business days
Credits: Immediately after assessment.
