1. Order, fill and return!
We accept clothing from all brands for women and men, provided that they are:
Clean and in good condition
No pilling, fading, shrinking, stains, holes or odors
Undamaged and unmodified
With all size tags intact, no missing or broken parts
From accepted categories
No children's clothing, underwear and men's shoes
2. Evaluation and credits
When we receive your clothes, we carefully evaluate them according to our quality criteria to determine their value. We set the resale price based on:

The brand
Brand is a key factor in evaluation, as some brands have a higher market value than others. We consider the awareness and quality associated with each brand.
The condition of the articles
The condition of the items is essential. Garments in excellent condition, with no signs of wear, pilling or major defects, receive a more favorable evaluation.
The number of items in your shipment
We require a minimum of 15 items per submission. This requirement helps maximize the credits you receive.

What are the best clothes to send?
We accept clothing that is in good condition, clean, without holes or stains. Timeless and quality items tend to perform better.
What happens to unlisted or unsold items?
Items not listed or sold are donated to charity or responsibly recycled.
How long does it take?
Total time may vary depending on shipping and traffic. On average, you will receive your credits within 30 days.
Shipping of bags: 5 to 14 days
Receipt of a prepaid label to affix to any packaging: 24 to 72 hours
Evaluation: 1 to 10 business days
