We measure all pieces flat. Measurements are listed in inches.

Chest: The measurement taken from armpit to armpit.

Length: The measurement taken from the collar to the bottom of the piece (tops) or the measurement taken from the waist to the bottom of the piece (pants).

Sleeve: The measurement from the top of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.

Waist: The measurement of the width of the piece (jeans, pants, shorts, skirts).

Hips: The width measurement taken under the pockets of the piece (if the piece does not have pockets, the measurement is taken at the approximate location).

Shipping cost

Delivery costs are calculated on the final amount of the order (after promotions or discount coupons linked to accumulated rewards).

Delivery is free for orders of CAN$80 and more.
Delivery is $7 CAN for orders of $40 CAN or more
Delivery is $10 CAN for orders of $16 CAN or more.
Delivery is $15 CAN for orders of $15.99 CAN or less.

This fee is non-refundable and is excluded from any promotion (unless otherwise stated).

Order delivery time

Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing. Delivery times vary between 1 and 7 business days, depending on the destination in Canada.

Delivery locations

We offer delivery throughout Quebec and certain Canadian provinces. Shipping costs related to shipping outside of Quebec may vary and are calculated at checkout. International delivery is unavailable.

Can I get a refund for delivery costs?

No, delivery charges are not refundable.

Can I buy online and pick up my order in store?

Yes, simply select the pickup option in the checkout process. Collection in store is by appointment only. After confirmation of your order, you will receive an email telling you how to make an appointment.
