💬 Order & Payment
Do you have a physical store?
No, La Penderie du Paradis is a 100% online thrift store. But don't worry: our site is designed to make your life easier — handy filters, detailed descriptions, and new finds every week
How do I place an order on La Penderie du Paradis?
Add your favorites to your cart, then click “Checkout” when you're ready. You don't need to create an account, but we recommend signing up for the ReStyle Club to earn points with every purchase
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and installment payments with AfterPay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to modify an order once it's confirmed. If you've made a mistake, please email us as soon as possible at lapenderieduparadis@outlook.com
🚚 Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Generally, your order is processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times then vary depending on your region and the carrier.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Delivery is free on orders over $80 in Québec and $100 in other provinces in Canada after promotions or coupons.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer in-person picking?
Yes, if you're in the Beloeil area, you can select the free pickup option at checkout. Pickup is by appointment only. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email with a link to choose your pickup time on our In-Store Pickup page.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — except for items considered final sale (see below).
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to submit a request via our online return portal.
Applications are being reviewed. If accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions by email.
Which items are final sale?
No exchanges or refunds are accepted for:
– Items priced at $7.00 or less
– Items discounted by 30% or more
– Underwear
– The jewelry
– Cosmetics and bath products
Are there any return fees?
Yes. A fixed fee of $7.00 is deducted from the refund.
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
A restocking fee (15%) may also apply if more than 50% of the order value is returned (maximum $20 per order).
Good news: these restocking fees do not apply when you choose store credit (for purchases paid in cash).
I had a promotion or free delivery — what happens if I return an item?
Promotions, multi-item discounts and free delivery are conditional.
If a partial return results in loss of eligibility, the discount or free shipping may be recalculated and adjusted in the refund or credit.
How will I receive my refund?
The refund is issued according to the payment method used:
- Cash payment → original refund or store credit (if you request it)
- Payment in points → refund in points
- Mixed payment → each portion is refunded in its original form
- Items received after the 14-day period → store credit only .
Can I choose in-store credit?
Yes — for purchases paid for in cash.
Indicate this in the comments section when you request a return.
Store credit avoids restocking fees.
Reward points cannot be converted into store credit.
How do I request a return?
You can submit your request directly through our online return portal . If you prefer, you can also email us at lapenderieduparadis@outlook.com , indicating your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with all the necessary details.
👗 Clothing Consignment
Do you have a clothing deposit service?
Yes! The consignment system is at the heart of our mission. You can send us clothes you no longer wear to give them a second life… while accumulating credits to treat yourself in our store.
Do you buy clothes?
No, we don't make direct purchases. By sending us your clothes, you receive credits once the items have been evaluated and listed for sale. You can then use these credits to shop with us!
How does the deposit system work?
We assess each item of clothing we receive based on its brand, condition, and resale value. Once approved, it's listed in our online store, and your credits automatically appear in your ReStyle rewards account.

How do I send my clothes?
You have two options:
📦 By mail : tell us the dimensions and weight of your package to receive a prepaid label.
🏠 In person : you can also make an appointment for a drop-off at our pick-up point in Beloeil.
How does credit work?
You earn credits based on the value of the clothes you send us. Once the evaluation is complete, the points are added to your ReStyle account.
– Up to 6,000 points usable per order
– Up to 1,500 points on exclusive products (identified by an asterisk *)
Can I simply donate clothes?
Want to declutter without getting credit? No problem! We also accept clothing donations. Your items will find a new home, and you'll be doing something eco-friendly. Thank you 💛

What is the ReStyle Club?
This is our loyalty program! You earn points with every purchase and get exclusive rewards.
To learn more, click on the pink ReStyle Club icon in the bottom left of your screen to sign up and discover all the benefits.
How do I accumulate points?
By signing up, shopping with us, following us on social media, or sharing La Penderie du Paradis with your friends. In short, by being a true ReStyle Queen! All the details are under the ReStyle Club tab.
How do I use my points?
When your basket is ready, go to the ReStyle Club icon and choose the coupon value you want to apply.
Quick reminder: unused points are non-refundable, so choose an amount equal to or less than your order.
Is there a limit to the number of points that can be used per order?
Yes. You can use up to 6,000 points per order , except for exclusive items marked with an asterisk (*), which are limited to 1,500 points .
How does sponsorship work?
It's simple: Give $15, get $15! Invite a friend using your referral link (available in the ReStyle Club tab). When she places her first order, she gets $15 off and you get $15 back. Win-win ✨
💸 Promotions
Do you offer promotions?
Yes! We regularly offer special promotions, which you can find on our website, in our newsletter, or on Instagram. Subscribe so you don't miss out! 👀
Do you have any promotions still running?
Yes! We have permanent promotions that are easily identifiable thanks to the pink labels visible under certain products.
How do the pink labels work?
Items with a pink tag are part of our current promotions:
– 2nd item at 25% off
– 3 items for 30% off
These discounts are applied automatically at checkout, depending on the eligible items in your cart.
💡 Items with pink tags may be removed from the promotion at any time without prior notice. If you see something you like, don't wait too long!
Can I combine multiple promotions?
Here's what you need to know:
✅ Between pink-labeled promotions :
Yes! You can combine different pink-labeled promotions, as long as they don't apply to the same items .
Ex.: 2 items eligible for the 2nd item at 25% off promotion + 3 items eligible for the 3rd item at 30% off promotion = each group is entitled to its own promotion.
❌ With a promo code valid on your entire basket :
Promotions marked with a pink tag cannot be combined with a discount coupon that applies to the entire order. The system will automatically choose the best offer for you.
❌ With a ReStyle Club coupon :
Coupons generated with your ReStyle Club points are not valid on pink-tagged items or our other one-time promotional coupons . To make the most of your points, we recommend using them on a regular purchase.
📏 Sizes & Measurements
How can I tell if a garment will fit me?
Measurements (bust, waist, hips, length) are always listed in each product description. Compare them to a similar garment you own to be sure!
Do you offer a size guide?
Each brand has its own cuts, so rather than offering an unreliable general guide, we focus on precise measurements indicated in each product description.
That said, since we use US letter sizes in the titles (S, M, L, etc.), we have also created our own size guide to help you find your way around more easily according to your body shape.
