What items can you send?
For Women

- Accessories
For Men
- Clothing
Items from all seasons can be sent.
We do not accept children's and baby clothes, men's shoes, or intimate apparel.
Before you prepare your batch
Your submission must contain a minimum of 15 items that we can keep after evaluation.
You can send exactly 15 items, but make sure they meet the program's criteria. Rejected items do not count towards the minimum.
When fewer than 15 items are kept, a processing fee of $2 per rejected item is deducted from the ReStyle credit granted.
Checklist
1. Clean the items
Clothes must be clean, freshly laundered, and ready to wear.
Avoid sending items with:
- • odors;
- • pet hair;
- • significant stains;
- • dirt;
- • deodorant or makeup residue.
2. Inspect each piece
Also check less visible areas:
- • behind the collar;
- • under the arms;
- • in the crotch;
- • near the wrists;
- • in the linings;
- • under the soles and inside the shoes.
3. Check the details
Ensure that:
- • zippers are functional;
- • buttons and parts are present;
- • seams and hems are intact;
- • clothes are not excessively shrunk or misshapen.
4. Empty the pockets
Remove all personal items from clothing, coats, bags and accessories.
What influences our decision
Each item is evaluated individually. We consider the following:
- brand;
- condition;
- style;
- category;
- resale potential.
An item may be refused if it is too damaged, too worn, difficult to clean, incomplete, or not suitable for the shop.
Slight signs of wear do not automatically lead to refusal, but they may reduce the value offered.
Typically rejected articles
We do not accept:
- counterfeit items;
- underwear and intimate apparel;
- children's and baby clothing;
- men's shoes;
- heavily stained or odorous items;
- holed or heavily damaged clothing;
- items missing essential parts;
- significantly altered clothing;
- excessively discolored, pilled, or misshapen items.

Is there a fee for clothing consignment?
There is no registration fee.
However, fees apply to certain shipping options:
- Prepaid label: $0.99
- Shipping bag with label: $2.99
These fees cover the preparation and shipping of the requested materials.
Do I have to pay to send my clothes?
No. The return label provided is pre-paid.
So you don't have to pay shipping costs when you drop off your package at Canada Post.
How long does it take to receive my label or bag?
Requests are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Prepaid labels are sent by email. Please also check your spam folder.
Shipping bags are sent by regular mail and do not have a tracking number.
How long do I have to send my lot?
Canada Post labels expire 30 days after they are created.
Your parcel must be accepted by Canada Post before the deadline indicated in your email.
An expired label cannot be replaced, and the fees associated with the order are non-refundable.
What happens after I receive my lot?
Our team checks each item and determines which ones can be accepted for the store.
After the evaluation, your ReStyle credit is added as ReStyle Points, without having to wait for the items to be sold.
What happens if fewer than 15 articles are selected?
A handling fee of $2 per accepted item is deducted from the ReStyle credit granted.
To avoid this situation, send a few extra items and carefully check the criteria before preparing your package.
