Your packaging must contain a minimum of 15 pieces.Â
Your bag can contain: All types of clothing and accessories for women and men except those listed below.
Does not contain: Underwear, baby and children's clothing.

OPERATION:
• Send us your pieces using the packaging of your choice (box, polyethylene envelope).
• Order your packaging label. We send you one (1) prepaid label per package.
Example: If you need to send us two (2) boxes containing all your pieces, you must order the "Shipping label" item twice (2).
• Affix your label to the packaging and go to a Canada Post office to send it by mail.
Evaluation: We evaluate the clothing within 1 to 10 business days following receipt of your packaging. Our evaluation is based on the type of garment, its condition, the store of origin and its resale potential.
Credit: The points representing the value of your credit will be added to your account once the evaluation is completed. The timeframe is approximately 2 to 10 business days (exceptions may apply).

We do not offer credits for any clothing received with holes, stains, worn, altered, etc. The evaluation is final and we do not return the clothing.
SHIPPING BAG FOR 13 PIECES OR MORE
Your bag must contain a minimum of 13 pieces, but there is no maximum (depending on the space remaining in your bag).
Your bag can contain:All types of clothing and accessories for women and men except those listed below. Jewelry can be added as a complement to the 13 pieces of clothing.
Does not contain: Shoes, coats, underwear, baby and children's clothing.Â
Credits:Â The points representing the value of your credit will be added to your account once the clothing verification is completed. The delivery time is 2 to 10 working days.
